I'm using the 4cyl almost all the time now. When I get in the Contour I still rip it a new one. (It likes to be loved) Also only drive the Mystique @ 100kmh on the highway. Getting over 600 per tank and I think I have a bad O2 or two as I get some bucking under load and it is only getting worse. 192000 on these current O2's.

Well...it cost me $46 to fill the car up today at $1.34/L.
I'm really glad I didn't step into the SVT Focus...I saw the $1.50 pricetag and stopped.

the last time i used my car was on sunday... i wont be driving it at all unless gas goes down... i live with in a close range of everything i need anyway. there is a mail 5 min away. a power center 5 min the other way. and it only takes me 15min to walk to work.
i may just park the car in my backyard and cancel my insurance on it

I do a 60km round trip to work,so I need my car. I live out in the boonies,so it's kinda hard to get around without a car. Sucks ass when things are long distances away.

Lets not talk about how much gas I go through and how much it is costing me now, I drive about 170K a day just to go to work so, I will not be able to go to work at certain times with the prices so high. Not sure what I am gonna do yet. It really does suck that it is so high. I basically have zero life now cause I can't afford to do anything.

My wife drives about 150 km a day to work. I just ran a quick stat analysis for her to take to her boss to prove that she needs a pay rise of $1/hr JUST for the increase in gas since June!! That's crazy!!

I live just outside of Orangeville and my step dad works in Concord,so he's got a heck of a drive,and he's got a Mazda B4000 with the 4.0L V6 MTX. He gets about 500km to a tank,and surprisingly my dad's V8 Lincoln LS gets about 600km to a tank,which is what I see in my Contour,but he has to fill up with premium while I get to fill mine with regular.
