did the CEL ever blink 'codes'? Like in a pattern? Originally posted by Silversvts: Originally posted by Tony2005: Steve, did you get your CEL sorted out?
Not yet. I'll be working on it this weekend. Do you want to come help me? My CEL isn't blinking anymore and now it just stays on.

Ryan, the CEL was blinking when it was misfiring. We scanned it and it had the P0302 code. Now that it is not blinking but just on all the time, I wonder if that fault resolved itself after all the things that Steve did.
Steve, I will try and show up to scan the CEL. I have other committments this weekend.

I understand that. I know when the ABS light blinks it blinks a 'code'. I am curious as to if the EEC-V / OBDII cars would ever 'blink' codes with the CEL. Similiar to the EEC-IV cars..... He did not have the ABS blinking the last time when the CEL was blinking. I'm pretty sure it was the "misfiring- blinking CEL" last time. You have a PM.
