P.S. I also wanted to mention that fairly recently plugs and wires have been changed, the EGR system - pretty much the whole enchilada - redone (and it ran great afterward!), and the air filter is pretty new. A while back I put some fuel injector cleaner in, but haven't done this again for awhile. This feels too serious for that to fix it, though.
