I have a 2000 SVT Contour w/ intrax suspension on it and i just baught the 17" 2004 FSVT wheels for it and I am looking for some advice as to the best sized tire to mount on them. Obviously no rubbing is ideal! Thanks alot guys.

You shouldn't rub with a 17" even with Intrax. If it were me, I would go with a 225/45 or 225/40, depending on what brand of tires you decide to go with.

215/45/17 is as close to stock diameter as you're gonna get. A lot of us are running 225/45/17 for the extra width and slightly taller sidewall. They fill the wheel well nicely, and handle/grip a lot better.

The Fuzion tires are getting really good reviews on CEG, but it depends on what you're looking for. Summer only tire? All season? I'd personally point you towards the Falken ZE-512's for a summer/performance tire, as I've had awesome luck with them, and don't care for the ZRi's myself. They're not as soft as the Falken's, and not as aggressive.
