OP btrautman CEG'er B Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 1,176 Austin, TX.	About 20k miles ago I replaced the front wheel bearings. Today I had to purchase a new hub from ford and new bearing since the current bearing froze and stripped the hub on the inside. I have lifetime warranty on the bearing and will get my money back but the hub $170.00 + the machine shop charge of 20 dollars to press the old out and new in are out of my pocket.....quite surprised that this happened.....
