finally got a chance to pull my codes on my 95 GL 4 cylinder ATX, and i had a feeling i had a lot. well here they are, if anyone knows anything please comment

My list must not be complete. It has nothing for 461.
628 also is not on the list, but it looks like it is transmission related.
113 is the air intake sensor.
172 is the oxygen sensor reading lean.

for the 113 i have the resistor mod done...shouldi pull it out and connect the sensor back
for the O2 sensor....is there anything else it could be, or is it just that i need a new o2sensor?

Resistor mods are useless. They do nothing for power. Check it out in the FAQs.
I would suspect a bad O2 sensor since only 1 sensor is reading lean. But could be related to the intake sensor being unplugged, I think.

That would DEFINITELY be the reason... you got tricked.
Take that resistor off ASAP.
Clear the codes.. see if your O2 goes away with the resistor mod gone.

628 is TC slip same as 1744 on OBDII, Time for some serious transmission troubleshooting. Looks like a new TC and modified VB could be in order.
