I've read a ton of posts on this site and I can't seem to find any pictures of the underside of the Tour. Does anyone have a pic pointing out all the various sway bars, UCA, LCA, bushings, springs, struts, jack points, subframes, etc?

Excellent!

The stabilizer bar in the rear looks a little small to me. Is that the one that everyone replaces with the Aussie bar? I'm looking to replace my major suspension parts around Dec. So here are the parts I need help on understanding removal/install.

- springs
- shocks
- any rubber/bushings around the spring/shock MacPherson doohickie
- front/rear control arm bushings (or full assembly)
- stabilizer bar bushings
- stabilizer bars (opt)

I'm not sure if this parts list is complete or not. But I want to put enough parts into this to last another 50k and gain back some of that stock SVT stiffness. Any recommended parts sites would help narrow my web searches for a decent deal/service.

from what i read it all depends on what you want to do with your car...i have read(its not my experience just what i read in the forums) that the aussie bar might be too much for a street car....im pretty sure there is info at the top of the forum (stickies) that have a breakdown of all the good things to do for the suspension....

Most of the bushings are hard (or impossible) to find, so going back to new OEM is as good as it gets. If you just want a great like-new suspension, you can just get new front control arms (with bushings/balljoints) and OEM struts. However, if you want to one-up stock, but keep a very smooth, comfortable ride, the BAT kit ($600 from BAT) plus 21mm rear swaybar and bushings ($125(?) from BAT), new control arms ($100 total from Bill), and a fresh alignment will give you crisp, smooth handling. The usual response is that it feels even more BMW-like, or how it "shoulda been" from the factory. There are a lot of other options, but a search will turn up tons of info. Odds are you'll settle on one of the builds I listed, as they are the most popular for people who want what you do. And about the rear swaybar: the BAT will be fine. The Aussie is hard to find and would probably not give you any noticeable benifit for your setup.

I've read a lot about the BAT setup on CEG. It sounds like what I'm looking for...it does come with springs and shocks, correct?

I found this site that sells some bushings and the BAT sway bar, bushings and the BAT strut/spring kit.

http://www.spmotorsports.com

As far as the BAT suspension kit goes...does it really lower an SVT and which of these two part numbers is the right kit?

95-00 2.5L V6 European Handling Kit (941-K400A)
99-02 Cougar European Handling Kit (941-K400C)

- These guys sell strut mounts & boots...is it a good idea to replace those while I'm at it?
- With the BAT kit...do you have to get a camber kit? If it's about the same leveling as the stock springs/struts, I would figure you wouldn't need it.
