i have no idea how this happenend, but it did. It is the bolt on the top right that is slightly recessed with minimal room on any side of it to work. the 7mm socket just spins. 1/4" does not fit either. I have no room to get any type of pliers on there to try that route. What can I do? need help so i can change my plugs/wires. thanks.

It's not THAT recessed. I have a pair of vice grips that comes to a narrow point at the end that I can fit in there and turn that bolt (I just ran out to my car to try it). You may need to go out somewhere to buy some vice grips that will fit. You won't be able to get a good enough grip with pliers.

When you do finally get the IMRC cover off, leave it off. Need to let that IMRC box keep cool, as it'd suck to have it malfunction on you.

That looks nice... and reminds me of a question I meant to ask. If someone doesn't see this here, I will post somewhere else.
I put Magnecor competition wires on and I can't get them to fit back in that plastic holder/guide that is sitting to the left of the intake manifold because they are so much fatter than stock. Did you just jam them in there or did you have to modify the plastic piece?

You can take a dremmel and grind out the pieces to make them wide enough to fit the wires.
Also to the point of the topic. Also using a dremmel you could cut a slit in the top of the bolt head and then just use a flat head screwdriver.
