If I took a larger ( 75MM housing ) and put the stock sensor in, would it cause problems or could it work? Do I need recalibration? Any hints would be helpful. Thanx in advance.

What kind of increase can I expect from replacing my stock throttle body with a 65mm throttle body?

Some people who have tried it say it worrks great. Others try to prove it is not a worthwhile mod with a lot of technical arguments. There are some for sale out there that are cheaper than the majority of other mods. I say try it. I believe it would be most beneficial with an open intake and exhaust, but who am I? :p

You'd get bad drivability problems since the MAF electronics are calibrated for a different housing...

You do need to recalibrate the MAF Sensor. I have the Pro-Flow MAF housing with the stock sensor bolted up. Drivability isn't bad by any means. If you are going to do I would suggest investing in the Optimizer and straping it do a dyno to get the correct calibration on it. laugh
