Josh, what SCT software are you going with? The Xcalibrator? An SCT dealer/tuner can change injector sizes if you need, and will adjust injector pulse width according to your specifications. It would help to have a dyno chart for them to look at, with A/F readings at every 100rpms.
They can also adjust your timing tables, but will be tough to get the most out of it without being with the car. They could send you one in the mail and be conservative, so you aren't pinging. I highly recommend getting on the dyno after you get the software, so you can see your gains, and more importantly make sure you're SAFE!
