I have seen a lot about how KYBs don't compare to Koni's and even the SVT stock, but how about compared to stock 4 Cylinder GL. Seen on e-bay 230 for a set.
If the car isnt lowered, than the KYB's should be ok for a stock 4 cylinder GL. Most people dislike KYB's because they are literally [censored] with lowering springs and will blow in no time.
Failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.
