Mondeo came with quite a few options that we never saw or probably will see.
There was one for sale on Ebay.co.uk once. IIRC, it was the Zetec/MTX with the Si trim.

There are loads more than 127 4x4 mondeos made - they come in various trim, the most common being the 4x4si, although there are also a fair few 4x4Ghia's about. Ford also done a 4x4 estate/wagon version too. Both the front and rear floor pan are differnt than standard though.
The 4x4 setup uses a modified MTX-75 which ford refer to as the MTX-75 4x4 funnily enough, which runs through the fron wheels and also a rear differential based on the sierra 4x4 setup. As it leaves the factory - the power distribution is 40:60 to the front and rear respectivly.
There are 4x4 mondeos ending on ebay.co.uk on a daily basis
although you may need to search for 4x4,4wd, four by four, ect as everyone lists it diffently.
