I already have a new a/c compressor, new belt, new pulley tensioner, new a/c pressure clutch switch, new coolant system hoses, thermostat, metal water pump, and new motor mounts.
When I'm in park the belt does not do sputter with a/c on, at all. It boggles me that it is doing this. It stops then goes though, so today I had the a/c flushed, and an evac and compressor put in. What in the world could be?
It makes my tentioner wobble from flopping so much. Could it be a bad pulley? It only happens when im idle and stopped with a/c on, in drive. (Park doesn't do this). Please help, your advice will be appreciated. thanks
Alot of people will tend to skip right over your post if it is incoherrent or hard to read/decipher. I rephrased it for you the best that I could rationally determine.
I would bet that your serpantine tensioner is either bad, not tightened down, or the belt itself it stretched out. (doubtful if the belt is new)
I would remove the belt and check the tensioner to make sure it doesn't wobble freely, if it does replace it, or tighten it to the correct specs.

And if need be, try different brand of belt. I prefer goodyear gatorback.

My belt tentioner is brand new my belt is a gator back .The
man that worked on my car said my idle doesnt rise when i am stopped at light so maybe that could be the problem. So we changed the pressure cycling switch for a/c but still the same thing happens. But with the a/c on full blast and my car is in park the belt doesnt move
its nice and smooth.only when im in drive.

Welcome. If it is a brand new belt, check if it is the correct belt.
If the belt is not brand new, then as Ray stated earlier "the belt itself it stretched out. (doubtful if the belt is new)".

You may have got an incorrectly sized belt. It may be worth your while to check it again.

i read a article somewhere stating that when the compresor is going bad or low on freon on some cars it will create more tension-- when its not on creating squeaking. the same noise you describe happens in my car same engine and my belt is old tho and it happens rarely in park.
