Hey Guys
Here is another (censored) thing. Gently step on gas revs go nuts to about 3000 but increase in speed is very small. when i let go of gas at 3000 it feels like gear changes(speed is about 30km/h). 3rd drives ok but then when on 4th, revs go above 4000 without accellerating and they jump up and down.
before i though it was water getting into PCM but its all dry even after the rain.
I am really desperate.... what can get wet underneath?
PS: found some stuff here about vss and imrc... would that be it?

Its not the imrc if it is affecting your revs independantly.

sensors can be the culprit, as can a slipping TC(assumption of an ATX with your "3rd drive" statement..) This "should" flash your O/D light though.

If you have an ATX and the quote above is for the speedometer, yes, I would suspect the VSS or connection to the VSS. It should have the OD light coming on and should have a CEL also. Clean the connector plug to the VSS and see if that helps. If not, then it could be the VSS.

Connectors for oxygen sensors.

So your engine is revving without acceleration? That's transaxle problems, for sure.
