need help installing my se side skirts!

I must be dumb because I can't figure out how the clips go on for these. I have the mounting hardware (many long metal clips with 2 holes and several smaller clips with 4 holes) I also noticed that there are holes in the skirts themselves but these do not match up to the spacing in the clip holes. Anyone have instructions with pictures because I am obviously not that smart. And YES I did search for instructions for this on this site before I am jumped on for that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I just used self tapping metal screws and washers. Very simple.
