50/50 Water & Alcohol mix for regular use. For racing and other stuff a different substance will be used in place of the water. The pump I am looking at isn't anything more then a big inline pump and if it burns up well, its only costing me $25 bucks and it has a warranty. -Mark

I know a pump that will work. Actually I am using it for my water spray on my WRX intercooler(waitting for the right nozzel for water injection) The pump is a shurflow diagram agriculture model, capable even pumping motor oil at 50 PSI! It cost me $60 (on sale) and weights 4lbs. With two mist nozzels, the pumb is only clicking every 5 seconds to supply the pressure.

Well the pump I just picked up cost me $25 and has a warranty... Not to mention it weighs about a half of a pound vs. the 4 pounds of the one you are talking about. -Mark

WorldTour,
Regardless of what pump you use in the end....
Major kudos to you for engineering a sweet setup. It's great to hear that you are taking on a task like this from a learned perspective.
All the best to you. Keep us posted.

Proper pressure is needed to mist the nozzel without over-stress the pump. Under boost, the pump has to overcome the manifold pressure and mist the nozzel. It was only a suggestion anyway!

Use a rehostat to set the pump voltage Vs speed/pressure,wont cook the motor then!
