I was wondering does anyone know how to make a battery fail a midtronics test? My battery loses its charge when cranking but always says good recharge on the test

I may not be following your question correctly, so take this with a grain of salt, but:

a battery will show a tremendous drain while you attempt to start the car. Obviously its using the voltage to start the car. Where are you performing this test at? at home, or at a reputable location?
