Advantages:

- Better exhaust flow
- Cooler engine bay

Disadvantages:

- Voids Warranty

Is there anything i'm forgetting here? If wrappig is all it's cracked up to be, then I'd perfer to do them before the install.

the headers themselves wont last as long

have no hard proof myself but from what i understand wrapped headers wont last much more then 2-3 years (otherwise 10years or longer) the added heat and moisture trapped with in the wrap really makes them degrade quite rappidly, unless you like the idea of replacing them more then once i woundnt recommend it.......

ps msds ceramic coats there headers which does the exact same thing as wrap and its long lasting and included with the headers

Have to agree. Plus MSDS is very specific about not wrapping their headers. So if you really want to do it, I'd wait till MSDS warranty expires.
