Agreed. People who choose to drink and drive are taking a huge risk and they know it. That still doesn't change that this sucks and I'm sorry your friend got hurt, Chad. If others haven't learned how big of a mistake it is to drive drunk already, I hope they do now.

Like other, I don't feel sorry for drunk drivers at all but the people who have to deal with stupid choices like that, i'm always worried about my sister cause she goes to ASU so drunk driving is all too common.

When your time comes standing at the pearly gates, being judged for all your passed sins, I would hate to hear the One up there say the same things: "I don't feel sorry for someone who does something stupid", or won't take mercy on someone who made a mistake. Last I checked, it wasn't our place, on this world or otherwise, to judge people.

Said who? If you're talking about judging who gets into Heaven and not, you're right, it's not my place to do so. But here on Earth, if I want to think certain behaviors make people pieces of [censored], then I will think so. I suppose that's not particularly Christian behavior, but this will just have to go in the stack that I will take Up There when it's my time.
