I dont have it myself, but plenty of friends do

its thin, alright, but it makes up for it in size everywhere else... its significantly taller and wider than my current phone (samsung e-319) but just not as deep.

has a nice camera
great screen
looks cool
bluetooth is always good IF you think you will use the accessories

If its cheap/free, go for it!

I dont like motorola's to begin with. From my experiance, the store I am at has more motorola's come back for repair than any other brand of phone.

oh yeah, i forgot... razr still uses motorolas cheap piece of crap charger adapter... my last moto phone it went bad about 6 months in and i was stuck with a phone that would only charge if it was sitting exactly the right way... i still don't understand why motorola puts that huge freakin port on the bottom of their phones and then only uses a tiny portion of it to charge... so inefficient... so unreliable... such malarkey.

if you can get it for free, or really cheap...then get it. Otherwise, it's not worth it. It's the motorola v551 in a pretty case. The camera is 640x480 (blah), no video recording, barely any memory, etc. It looks cool, but that's about it.

I don't get the whole trendiness of the Razr phone... just me.

That malarkey also doubles as the data port and connection for hands-free kits. I like it because my last 3 phones have all taken the same car/AC/handsfree/data equipment. Those accessories add up fast when you buy a new phone.
