I searched for injector replacement, but most posts cover the removal and cleaning but not normal replacement intervals?

I dont have a problem with mine but since i will be doing the uim/lim cleaning i was thinking if i should replace them while i am there.

Are these the type of part that you either clean with gas tank cleaner or replace on as needed basis if they fail?

Injector failure on our cars is very unusual. They sould only need cleaning.
