I tried going to fastcougar.com and is seems the web site is down... so I don't know what time tomorrow.

Sounds like rain tomorrow, but I can still make it, just not with my rides. 
An ex Cougar owner friend of mine called me to say that tomorrow, there is a shifter cart Grand Prix over at Woodbine Race Track. I wonder if they race in rain? It's on from 1pm to 6pm, if any one is interested to have a look. Just thought I would mention it.
