Lowering springs give you one set ride height, obviously, and coilovers are changable, however constant changing means constant allignments, or one set amount which is the same as a lowering spring, the coilovers take much more work to do as well.

search reveals all

but quickly coilovers are linear springs, and can get a very harsh ride because of this, you get second to none handling but the ride quality suffers

now lowering spring at progressive rates like stock so you don't loose the ride comfort but they are firmed up to improve handling

both lower the ride hieght with one being adjustable

so what is more important, ride quality or handling and the ability to change ride height ?

there is your answer
