Alright so I'm having troubles with the plugs for my fog light bulbs. The plug was corroded to the bulb and part of the bulb is stuck in the plug, so pretty much my plugs are shot. I've had this problem for a while so I figured it's about time to fix it. Does anyone know if the fog lights are the same on svt and non svt contours? I have a 98 svt and I'm thinking about checking junk yards for the plugs. But I guess any input would be helpful regarding this issue. And if anyone has had to order these parts, where is the best place to find them. I guess getting new ones would be the best option to avoid getting already worn out ones.

For sixty bucks you can buy up a set of hella optilux 2500's which have a glass lense instead of the ghetto ugly stock ones.

I have mine hardwired, to the switch that comes in the kit for full flexibility, but its possible to wire them intot he stock circuit.

They fit in the stock mounts perfectly, GOONZ did an awesome how to, that leaves nothing in question. Search on it

If you want to keep your old fogs, then just cut off the broken connector, take it to the wrecker and search for some.

Just splice the ones you get back in. I got ends from a wrecker. I believe all factory fogs lights are the same.
Only the bracket is different between pre and post 98's.
