Well, only on quick dips, hard turns, uphill turns. And mostly only on the right side of the car. Yesterday, I pulled out the fender well liners and it only does it a little less. This is pissing me of so much that I'm thinking about going back to a stock setup. My wheel are 17x7. What could be going on here?!?! 98.5 SVT FOR SALE $5000

My wheels do look a little far out so the tires might be rubbing in the inside lip of the fender. Is this likely? if so, How do I roll my fenders? Mine were shot so i was getting tire rub on the stock suspension set up with 17" wheels. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but generally on our cars you want an offset of 42 or higher.
