I did a search on the site and web and found nothing. I heard the stat a few years ago but can't figure it out. I know it is a low number though. Does anyone know it off hand?
thanks Richard

It was roughly 10 percent of the US number, IIRC. I think it was 268 in 1998. That with a serious IIRC qualifier though.
You could just call SVT and ask....1-800-FORD-SVT (367-3788).

I called SVT and they couldn't tell me 268...that is a pretty low number.

I've heard the 10% count said before but it was here on this site.
Actual count is unknown. kerrychin could be close using the 10% rule.
98/98.5 = ~650 99 = ~275
