Just a reminder!

We're meeting this saturday the 16th at 11am to pre run the course for the actual meet on the 24th.

Everyone is more than welcome to come on the pre-run, I thought it'd be fun to make it a mini-meet.

We're meeting in Marina del Rey in the Ralph's parking lot. The address of the Ralph's is:

I am thinking about coming out, its like an hour drive for me out there. I would like to meet some fellow CEGers. What is the game plan? Find a route to take for the big event?

Exactly. We're going to snoop out a route and landmarks for the actual event on the 24th.

i have marked my calender so i am definitely attending mini-meet i will be driving my father's BRG elise

hopefully someone will have a koni/aftermarket setup so i can visually inspect suspension; planning on ordering koni sport kit monday.


* rt 23 off PCH (and roads off rt 23) are breath taking and some of the best roads anyone can possibly imagine!

svt4stv cant wait to see your ride! yes the sport koni w/ matching springs is what i am planning on. i DONT want a drop in height it is too low as is i think; getting out of driveways should be difficul i can imagine. i want something that will handle everyday traffic + occasional track days.

maybe a quick run around the block would be nice! i would be happy to do the same in my dads car to give you an idea what that is like if u wanted

I will be attending with my tour. I will also try and get a few 2 ways. anyway can I get someones phone number just in case? Mapquest says its 72 miles and will take 1hour and 13 min so im going to leave aroud 915ish. just to be safe. Will get the car washed and gased tonight. Maybe someone can take a listen to my rattle and tell me what the think.

Be fore warned its not as nice as other tours, bumpers kinda messed, gas tank lid wont stay closed (waiting on the Billet fuel door buy), but hey thats not the point see you guys there.

there shouldnt be tooo much traffic on the 10(?) on a saturday morning. nice to see some people making the effort to drive a long way just for the pre-run. i hope allll can make it for the real deal.

111R, doesnt the koni kit drop the car? i cant imagine it remaining at stock height.

i may be flaking out on tomorrow. we might be going to Magic Mtn, but perhaps i can push that to sunday
either way, the real deal is definitely locked in. ill know more about what's up for tomorrow, later this evening.


ps anyone have the cf cowl hood? id love to check one out in person...i would love to buy one but am kinda sketchy on the fitment
my buddy just had the very first one custom made for the the 3rd gen sho by a shop in OC i think. anywho, he may come tomorrow but definitely for the big day. he's a big contour fan. i was thinking of having his guy make hoods for us too, but they paid like $600 a piece

so this might not even happen now?

I will hopefully come out on the 24th as well, being its on a sunday i might be able to get my brother to come as well in his mustang.
