Basically i want to take out that whole airbox and put in a new intake system. Anyone have any suggestions? I dont want the most expensive, but a fairly decent one. Thanks.

Front and back Pioneer 6x8 3 way 180 watts.
Pioneer 150 watt amp in trunk.

I hope to have an aftermarket intake manifold for Zetec later this year from UK,the expensive option is the Weber/Alpha system from UK with 4 throttle bodies,expensive but give a lot of power and lets the engine brathe.Our new manifold has the throttle body at the transmission end with a cone filter.Terry Haines,Haines Motor Sports Inc

Terry, do you plan on making any headers for the Zetec Contour? Longtube, cat foreward, or otherwise? I had a ZX2 shorty 4-1 header on order but after looking at some pictures of the ZX2 I don't think it'll fit without some work under there. I'd rather let you experiment than me go in there and hack something up and end up breaking things smile
