I really am trying to get you the quickest, most helpful replies there can be.
Perhaps you should pose this question in a Canadian forum, as they would be able to communicate more effectively with you in your primary language.
Your post was written very well, actually, but I think you might get a better understanding if someone local to you could speak with you. I certainly hope that others are able to chime in and help you more than I can.
I just didn't want to leave this post with NO replies, simply because people were intimidated to reply, because of the lack of understanding.
