Watched "War of the Worlds" last night  . I work at a movie theater, so we get to see the movies a couple of days in advance of when they actually come out. Word of advice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS MOVIE! Speilberg F'ed this one up bad! If you were to skip out on the last 5 minutes on this movie, you would think that it was a blockbuster movie, but the ending was HORRIBLE! It ruined the whole movie! Just thought i would alert everyone who was thinking of going to see it. I'm still pissed about it.....

how is it giving the ending away, you have seen the original right?
its sad that they can come up with a decent idea for a movie anymore, they just have to redo a most of the time good movie

I wasn't implying that he told us how the movie ends, but rather that it wasn't incredibly special of him to forgo specifics, right after telling us the ending destroys the movie.

makes sense, I just remeber the cartoon in Time where that teenagers are waiting to see Titanic and some older person says that the Titanic sinks, and the kick was like you just ruined the movie for me, what happens in some of these movies shouldn't be that much of a surprise
