In the next week or two I am going to attempt to do a thorough UIM/ LIM cleaning. Have done a lot of reading up on this but am not sure what to use to do the cleaning and where to get it. berryman's B12 is mentioned but they don't have this at Crappy tire. any thoughts from those who have done this? also any tips etc that would make the job easier?

B12 isn't available in Canada as far as I know. I used Redline fuel system treatment, which is available at the retailer of choice or default. Lots of black goonk on the end of the hose when I did it.

I saw many brands of fuel system treatments, fuel injector cleaners, aerosol carb and intake cleaners... are any of these better than the other?
Will fuel injector cleaner work the same as fuel system treatment?

PM Stazi. I recommend using the Mopar Combustion Chamber cleaner as he has as well. Just make sure you change your oil before driving again.

I used Berrymans12 that stuff is amazing. I picked up a few cans last year when I was in the US.
I've also used Crappy tires TB cleaner and/or there carb cleaner it works good if you can't find anything else.
I've even used the generic stuff walmart sells and it's not bad either.
Injector cleaners or fuel system cleaners don't work, you need the spray.

I use TB Cleaner. Fern, speak to Lou about this he has done his many times. You are going to be disgusted when you see how dirty it is. Have lots and lots and lots and lots of rags handy too. Your gonna need them. You might even consider spraying a lot of cleaner in it and then let it sit over night to get in the areas that you might not be able to reach. I also found have a round firm brush like a bottle brush but maybe more firm helps too.

I agree... a flexible firm brush and a few cans of TB or Carb cleaner. Oh, and a case of elbow grease!!
Have fun, but be prepared... you car's gonna run great afterward.

Thanks everyone. I think I will give Lou a call...unless he is reading this??? I will be doing this just after the long weekend or during the long weekend.
BTW in the next two weeks I may be selling my Eibach springs as I am going to switch to GC coilovers. I will also be selling my stock springs and struts. They only had about 40 000Kms on them. PM me if you are interested in any of this.
