Just wondering if anyone else who is running a kkm intake has experienced extreme carbon build-up in the TB and Intake Manifold. I had been having problems with the car idiling, and it turns out that because there was so much carbon in the throttle body that no air could pass when the plate was closed. I took the TB off and the carbon goes all the way down into the Manifold. If theres anyone else with this problem or any suggestions as to why I love the help, thanks.

KKM lets more fine dust in than paper filter or good good two stage foam. Alot of the crud you see might be related to this fact...

Air goes through the IAC off throttle, not the TB. Carbon is from the EGR system. It hits the PVC gases and cooks them. Some short sighted designer placed them too close together. KKM will dirty up the MAF if over oiled.
