where do i find the production number on my csvt? also where can i get a contour.org window sticker?
black 1999 contour svt #2145 of 2760 born on may 03 1999. pretty much stock except for grounding kit, iridium plugs and intake.

They need the last 6 numbers of your vin, and they'll tell you your production #, and date of build.

How do you get the certificate for the SVT? Can you request it or soemthing?

Yes you can request it from SVT...by calling the number I gave 7 posts up. You have to fax them your vin #, registration and maybe somethin else. It takes around 4 weeks overall for them to send the certificate to you.
