Okay..
You moved the battery to the trunk, but you didn't state what you did (fuses, etc).
Start off by making sure your connections are on tight.
Measure voltage across the terminals to make sure there is a voltage difference.
Then, you need to make sure that the voltage is making it from the battery in the trunk to the front (engine bay)
You can do that by measuring voltage from the main positive lead (coming from the trunk) to a ground in the front as well.. should be the same voltage as across the terminals, or close to it..
If that is fine, and you have voltage to your starter, then
F40 is the ignition fuse. Make sure that its good, still. (its in the Battery Junction Box.)
Even if something incredibly bad were to have happened, you should still have parking lamps, etc. (F40 powers the parking lamps, as well.. meaning that if the PCM bit the dust, etc, lamps should still illuminate, verifying F40's working, as well..)
I think you'll find a problem somewhere between the battery and the grounds. no ground = no ANYTHING. no need to determine fuses, circuits, or what is affected.. EVERYTHING is affected by "no power" (ie.. no ground, or no positive, BEFORE the BJB..)
