I'm in a desperate need to change my oil pan gasket (It leaks all the way around it). Now I know that I need a cherry picker to hoist the engine up, but do I need to take off all of the engine mounts and take the bolts that connect it to the Fly Wheel. I would appreciate a responce ASAP. Thanks Paul.

correct me if i am wrong, but i thought you only had to remove the y-pipe to remove the pan (no picker necessary)

That's all you do have to do, i was under the tour a few days ago, all you need to do is drop the y-pipe then you can drop the pan, you don't need to pull the motor

i dont think he meant pull it, but basically support it while some weight bearing support was removed underneath. in either case, its not necessary.

For some reason on mine I have a suspension piece going across the right side side of the pan. The pan would hit it if I tried to lower it.

It will come out the bottom. All you have to do is remove the y-pipe. The sub-frame does not prevent you from doing this - it only it makes it difficult to torque the screws properly, but it can still be done.

that is the subframe. the only thing that gets in the way of is removing the bolts. once you get the bolts out, you can slide the pan forward and out of the way of the subframe.
the bolts CAN be reached even with the subframe in the way. just have patience, you can do it.
