What's up NYKnicksSVT. I just moved to 13 and drake here in Farmington Hills. I can not believe how many SVT's I see running around here. I would love to see your exhaust in person. I have been thinking about exhaust work and just havn't made my mind up yet.
I'm on vacation all next week but when I get back I would love to hook up somewhere.

Sweet setup. Those muffler look just like Borlas or those BULLETS you can get from Carparts.com. I Hope you didn't sell you soul for somethig that was already available.

Believe me Auusie, I didn't sell my soul for these mufflers. I searched everywhere and could not find anything that would fit in the tunnel. These mufflers are 4"x6" ovals. Anymore than that and I would have had a problem. Less than that would not have given me as much sound absorption Also, I needed the length since the cross-section is not very big. The closest thing I could find was the Bullet resonators, but they are 4" rounds. The price for these mufflers was about $75 each including shipping. That's not too bad and they fit perfectly. smile

Knicks,

Beautiful exhaust setup. Kudos for being creative.

Do you still have the stock exhaust? If so, I would like to talk about getting it under my car (a 99 SE).

Couple of ?'s. What was the total cost of this set up? What kind of gains did you get (butt or chassis dyno)? Did you run it in 2 inch pipe?

Cost $750 for parts and labor
2" from manifolds and then into 2 1/4" back
it will be dynoed after I get my headers installed

I do not have the stock setup anymore. I have most of the Cardoc's exhaust, but I promised that to someone already.
