You're drunk when you get up from bed to go to the toilet, but squat down and piss all over your alarm clock instead because you thinks your bedside table is the toilet seat.  My ex did this in front of me!

you're drunk when...
you move into your newly built home...wake up in the middle of the night having to pee really bad...run out the back bedroom door & squat in the yard, nearly falling over planting your hands on the ground, sink ankle deep in the cold, wet mud (no grass yet)...& the shock of the cold, wet mud on your bare hands & feet wakes you up enough to realize, in mid-stream, that your plumbing was finished the week before...boy did that ever suck

Happened to me back in college, except I woke up on some kid's floor after a wicked bender at Williams College (we had a regatta there that morning and headed up the night before to party). Aparently there was a party in their suite and I never made it off the floor.
I'm glad those days are over!
