does anyone know if the old mustangs that have 4 lug will fit the same rims as our cars? if not what is the pattern on the mustangs? 4 X ???mm

they fit but offset creates a problem, mustang wheels will stick out about an inch from the edge of the wheel well creating a stupid looking car.

Not really..>Ryan Kneeshaw has some Stang rims on his tour and they are pretty tits.

hmm, well i jsut remember reading and seeing some pics of tours with mustang rims and it was pretty bad, but if you can pull the right offset then go for it.

That style of wheel would probably look better on your Tour anyway

The offset is WAY off - so if you like replacing wheel bearings often, go for it. Otherwise, BUY THE CORRECT WHEELS FOR THE CAR! Anyone that says there aren't enough wheels options for the Contour are talking sh!t - because of the Focus which uses the same bolt pattern and offset, we have a LOT of wheel options avaible to us. Just search for Focus wheels, rather than "contour" wheels and you will probably find more as not all wheel retailers are fully aware that we share the same wheel specs, and this is true for some CEGer newbies too.

I know the offset is different and wouldn't work... I was just saying I think those wheels would look sweet on a Contour/Mystique...
Yea, there are quite a few wheel choices...
