What kind of movies ? Vcd ? Svcd , DVD-R ?.......
Mostly your chance of going to a public website and downlaoding anything in a fast speed is impossable . I have private servers I go to that are 10MB lines out of the UK and Sweden ,but it took me a while to get in with the people.
