I have a '95 Contour SE (5sp) with 155,000 miles. It runs well, but will hesitate when cold. Just trying to drive normal will cause hesitation. Depressing the throttle does nothing at all, but pushing in the clutch, revving the engine up, and kinda dumping the clutch will make it respond. My mechanic said something about the intake manifold runners. A similar problem was listed here (bogging) with that same solution. Any other ideas or solutions? Even at it's age, the car is still very decent and I'm trying to make it worth keeping as my daily rack-up-the-miles car. Thanks for any help!

I actually have a really big potato gun, bish. Don't MAKE me come up to Bitchigan to give you a taste. Now get off of my thread. It's obviously not big enough for the two of us.
