Also, when I'm cleaning the MAF, if I just leave it out overnight will that give it enough time to dry?

after cleaning the maf, it should dry pretty fast, within minutes.

just having it inline would dry it right away if it hadnt dried completely already.

Ok Tisby,

For the p0401 = EGR flow insufficient reading:

If your throttle body is similar to the duratec one you should have 3 grooves at the bottom of the throttle body where it meets flush with the gasket. Check that out. The groves combine to one and go lead back to the EGR. However the nitrogen gasses flow the other way, from the EGR to the throttle body so they can be burned again and keep the internal engine temp down. Just use some throttle body cleaner to clean that out. Some of the crud is so thick you need a screwdriver to scrape it out. And yeah the stuff almost dries imediately so it can be put back together right when your done. Thats all i got for now. Good luck again. When your all done with these replacements and cleaning dont forget to reset the computer by pulling fuses 4 and 11 for a min. in the fuse box under the hood.

Right now, I just bent one into a continous loop and it's not even running to the DPFE, I need to get it replaced cause I'm sure it's not good...
