Does anyone know the max depth for the front and back speakers?

front: 2.875 without spacers. 1" spacers will allow 3.875 but might require some modding of the door panel.

Yeah, just a little shaving of the inside part of the door panel is all that is needed, not hard at all. I'd go outside and take a pic... but I don't feel like ripping my door panels off again. the 3.8" that it will yeild will allow you to install pretty much ANY component speaker (they usually have a depth for a 6 1/4" compnonent of 3.05"-3.60" (for common component's like infinities Refrence, etc)
