A couple monthes ago I blew up my diff - suprise suprise.

So I have spent a lot of time on here researching and looking for parts - then the amazing wait for the national back order on the Torsen LSD.

This morning I finally got the car back together. Drives and shifts smooth. Not much wheel hoop anymore. I replaced the:
Front control arms
Swaybar bushings
Strut bearings
Upgraded 1-2 and 3-4 shift forks
Sho Shop Lightened flywheel (took a couple days longer then stated, but he did good)
Sho Shop heavy duty axles (do not know that they are any different then stock, but needed new axles)
Optimized the throttle body
Filled in the front tranny mount with rubber chunks and rubber cement (tested the flex on a scale before it took 60lbs to compress after it took all of my weight without compression, just a cheap test upgrade).

So the car is finally back together and I can put my bug away for another rainy day in the CSVT arena.

Thanks again all
Paul

Very cool. Why didn't you just put in the energy suspension inserts in the front mount? They were only $15 when I bought mine and they are still good as of last year when I had the mount off. I think they have actually saved the front mount from wearing out.

I just spent a pile of money on the car and did not want to try and justify another thing to my wife, and I had a big can of rubber cement left and an old tennis shoe. So, I decided to make my own insert. Looks bad, but might work.
