I ended up masking the area around it and using a sponge to spread contact cement on both sides of the dash. I let it sit for about 30-45 mins and then pushed it down. Its been a few days and so far so good.. knocks on wood Possibly an alternative solution... 1999 Mystique LS V6 Alpine CDA-9807, Rear deck sub, Opt. TB, K&N RU-3530/MAF adaptor, custom heatshield, FSVT 17's, SCT 4-program chip, Eibach's/ST200's, Hella Fogs...
