OK When I Start My car A Whining Noise Comes from The Belt area it's a medium sound which starts to go away as the car warms up. Belt jumps up and down also just alittle intil it warms up and the noise gets weaker.belt has no signs of wear.

If I turn on the ac which works fine and is very cold it squeels like a pig and will not stop at all

I'm thinking maybe the automatic tentioner or the ac something thats on that belt.

Oh may or may not be realted the car temp gauge is very close to hot never reaches a light or past the normal but it's very close to the hot line. and it's buffalo 30-60 degrees so this should never happen maybe the two problems are related.
new thermostat bleed the coolant system for air flushed it
thinking it's realted to the problem above or I just need a radiator.

Whining---possibly serpentine belt hitting plastic cover

Squealing A/C ---possibly under -tensioned serpentine belt

Automatic tensioner---possibly stretched serpentine belt

Runs hot (seems to)---temp gauges in these vehicles aren't accurate & yes, it get pretty warm in the engine bay normally. Still, possibly related to stretched belt or tired spring in auto-tensioner

my $.02

Just maybe time for a new belt? Maybe I'm wrong, but with a std V belt, as it wears, the belt runs lower in the vees, so one might tighten the belt. More wear, tighten the belt. Sooner or later, that belt can be fidle string tight and not do its job. That is due to the belt running on the bottom of the pulley and not wedging itself in between the vEE sides of the pully. (I sure live in the past, don't I?)

As for the serp belts, I see them as just being multiple little vee belts bound in along side each other in one unit and the same might happen as with a standard vee belt. Slippage. I did replace one serp belt on my Sube XT-6. I could not run it tight enough to shut it up. New belt, no squeel. Your belt might also just be glased. Would still need to change the belt or try something clever.
