My suggestion for a First Mod.
You'll find a good list for your, assuming v6, car. Ebay= if is too good to be true for perfomance parts, it probably is. Otherwise ask for help when youfind something of interest and not cheapie garbage. Welcome to CEG, stay awhile

ebay rotors? I have seen them and thought about them but there are things to consider, and reason why they are so cheap. The rotors sold on ebay are simply drilled though, but on a true drilled rotor you will have all of the drilled holes have a cylindrical "sleeve" to them so it will not comprimise the strength, the ebay rotors do not have this, that causes the rotors to just become weaker and more likely to fail, crack, or just plain suck. And since you probably aren't only using your car for extreme auto-X the use of such rotors are pretty much worthless, all they will do is cause you to go through your brake pads faster, kinda like a cheese grater for your brake pads.

you have the v6 right, if so then the MAF adapter and a K&N filter, many will tell you the ru-3530, but i don't like that one and it has been known to not fit properly, i have the re-0910 and it is guarenteed to fit. when i bought all my stuff it cost about 55 in the end for filter and adapter plate, the adapter is usual 40 but i can get em for about $20.

well the filter is usually around 30-40 bucks, then depending on where you go or who you know the MAF adapters are well priced or over-priced. PM me.

I got an ebay MAF adapter and filter kit (Bomz racing) that works fine. I had to figure out my own hardware, but no big deal. The filter that came with it was OK for a while, but I recently got a nice K & N open element filter. NICE ! The new filter was about $55, I think I paid about $30-40 for the Kit originally. Look on ebay, I often run across MAF and K & N kits that look nice. For the filter, if you go that way, AJUSA.com has the best prices and they are running a Free shipping on K & N special right now.
Good luck, IMO the extra airflow makes your engine sound a little meaner, especially when the secondaries open up. It felt a little more powerful (but my old filter might have needed replacement...) as well. Remember to resert your computer when you install.
