This may have already been posted and I didn't feel like doin a search but what are your thoughts on this intake system?? I was reading on a group buy on an intake system you all were wanting to do and it was like 300 to 500 dollars!!! eek This car is new to me and I don't know what is best for it and stuff. Is there anything wrong with this system and if so what is it????? Thanx in advance for any 411!!! laugh Cause I'm thinkin about gettin it!!

The intake you were reading about in the group buy section was actually for SVT intake manifolds.
The KKM intake you are talking about is what a lot of people get, and love it! May run into heat soak probs, but you can get a heat shield.

GET THE KKM. For $80 you can't go wrong. Regarding heat soak problems. I live in Las Vegas, it hits over 120 degrees here (It's already avg'ing 105!) and I've had NO problems with heat soak yet. Iv'e had my KKM for well over 8 months now. Yeah I COULD do with getting the heat shield, but it's not killing me not having it. Removing my hood liner did ALOT to help. So If you have one, pull it off!!!
