Alright.. I have a 99 se 4 banger.....
I recently had someone hit a curb in my car... had to get a new rim and tires... with new struts in the front...

The problem is whenever I hit around 60-70mph.. my car Vibrates (badly enough to irrate me)....After 70mph it stops... this is bad because it gives me an incentive to speed

Any idea on what it could be?

I would guess wheel balancing. Typically if vibration is in the steering wheel its a front tire, in the seat/body a rear tire. Classis symptom is 60-75 mph.
