Here is a couple of pics of my trans cooler, hope they help.
You just simply bend the brackets and screw into the metal behind the bumper.
Mount the cooler then remove the old fitting and connect the new fitting to the radiator (return to tranny) and run the supplied hose from that fitting to the cooler. Then for your next hookup, cut into the tranny return line (With a tube cutter about $5.00 if you don't have 1) and run the supplied hose from the cooler to the return line. Make sure all connections are tight. Add some tranny fluid to top it off and check for leaks. You should be good to go.
The pic under the vehicle is a little hard to see. I tried squeezing under there and taking the pic without jacking the car up

Also the cooler i installed is a B&M #70268 from Checkers. It was $59.99 and came with all the fittings,brackets and hose.
