I got my gray leather seats today. I have a problem with the gray leather Power Driver Seat. I connected the seat plug to the plug already in the car and when I tested to see if the seat would work I got NO POWER. I had the seat tested at the junkyard before I bought it to see if it worked and IT DID. I can't explain why it don't work on my car. PLEASE HELP. I can't drive the car without the seat adjusted. The fuse seems to be there. The accesories were on. I need to fiqure this out QUICK.

I didn't bolt down the power seat the floor. Would that maybe be the reason why it doesn't work?

I figured out the problem. I thought the fuse for the power seat was already in there, but thanks to my manual I found out it wasn't in there. So I put a fuse in the empty location and the seat worked. I'm so glad. The only problem is how to secure the backrests of the backseats. The bolts are in, but the backrests don't lock. They can easily be folded down just by barely pulling it.

Did you install the latches? If not, you may have to go back to the junkyard to get them if they didn't come with the seats.

and guess what the mondeo has the same connection plug and the same colours too - just thought i,d share that with you.
